Particularly good served as a milk-based coffee.

A dark caramel roast or full roast should be just coaxing the natural oil from the bean. This creates a slightly shiny appearance over the bean. A dark caramel roast will caramelise the sugar content and accentuate the roasting flavour; offering an intense and often complex coffee.
